This RELLE stone-pattern LVT flooring authentically replicates natural stone textures, featuring a 0.5mm wear layer meeting AC4 commercial-grade abrasion resistance standards. With waterproof and slip-resistant properties, it is specifically designed for high-traffic areas such as living rooms and retail spaces. The SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) rigid core ensures dimensional stability, while the integrated acoustic underlayment provides comfortable underfoot feel. An ideal alternative to natural stone flooring.

The total thickness is 2.5mm: both light and thin paving and foot comfort are considered.

0.55mm thick wear-resistant layer (UV/PU coating): It has passed the AC4 wear-resistant certification (EN 13329), and the scratch resistance is improved by 60%.

SPC stone plastic rigid substrate: density > ＞2.0g/cm³, impact resistance up to 12kn/m (GB/T 24508).

PVC heterogeneous floor can be used in hospital?

Yes, although if thickness is 2mm with 0.4mm wear layer, abrasion resistance can reach "T "group, We don't suggest using in hospitals, because its chemicals resistance is a little bit lower than homogeneous pattern. In addition, if top wear layer and printing layer are damaged based on its laminated structure, white PVC must appear clearly, so this damanged area must be replaced immediately otherwise the hole will become bigger and bigger.

Are there any disadvatangesfor SPC tiles?

1. SPC is not suitable for big area due to too many joints between each piece ,although ours is 100% virgin raw materials with European stanard ,but still cannot avoid this problems absolutely; But for apartment or hotel projects fixed in room by room, it is perfect.
However, other China poor quality is really horrible but will are dominating big percentage of market in the world , and leading to one disaster for the world after all clients fixing the tiles for some time , enclosing some photos for yourreference.
2. However, if in extremely cold and hot countries, can coat certain quantity adhesive under SPC based on Relle standard quality , which can assist the stability strongly.
