Is easy for maintenance ? if damaged, repairement is easy?

Yes, maintenance is quite easy. If it is homogeneous series, please refer to Relle maintenance manual. Of course, if it is heterogeneous rolls,can just use cleaning agent to clean instead of waxing, because its structure is different from homogeneous,the waxing cannot be absorbed by the PVC wear layer.
Once damaged, just need make one small hole while breaking on somewhere, then fix another new piece replacement to cover the hole nicely.

How many years using life is heterogeneous floor rolls?

All can be used more than 10-20 years even longer depends on daily maintenance.
